On Premise Marketing Specialist
Purpose of this Job:
The On Premise Marketing Specialist (OPMS) is a national role that focuses on the development, implementation and cultivation of the company’s brand image and the increase of the company’s share of mind in the On Premise environment. The OPMS is a strong collaborator, interfacing with all key stakeholders to maximize impact and leverage of major On Premise image building and
consumption driving initiatives. The OPMS trains the On Premise team in all new On Premise marketing tools and concepts, ensuring increased availability, visibility, and activation of the brand at the POS. The OPMS is a key contributor to the annual On Premise Marketing business plan, deriving actionable insights and developing strategies and tactics.

On Premise Insights Management:
Be a peer to the national Brand Team (cross departmental collaboration).
Translate national research initiatives and insight generation into On Premise actionable focus areas.
Continuously observe market trends and actively search for new business opportunities in the market, identifying potential for improving and adding new marketing activities.
Collect and share the latest consumer, industry and category trends and insights from external sources.
Leading the National On Premise Execution and Activation Strategy:
Translate global execution and activation guidelines with local relevant insights and facts.
Support, train, and coach the On Premise field team in perfect execution and activation of accounts and events.
Lead national consumption activation calendar and creative strategy.
Collaborate with creative partners on tailor made solutions for top customers.
Responsible for national industry event strategy and execution.
Business Partner to the Sales & Marketing:
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on identifying the relevant sales universe.
Develop sales in presentations and support in negotiation and win new business opportunities.
Contribute to building and executing the yearly account "joint business plans" with consumer and industry initiatives.
Making the company the Number One for the Industry:
Responsible for executing and adapting the international industry marketing guidelines according to the market needs.
Driving share of mind with industry stakeholders including venue (bar) staff, decision makers, owners, and influencers, resulting into increased sales out.
Responsible for the creation, coordination, and approval of tailor-made installations.
Support of the Sales & Marketing to implement industry tools and concepts.
Build a strong network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organizers and the local scene searching for new collaboration opportunities.
Develop performance driving concepts that the On Premise field team can execute and will be engaging for the industry, resulting in higher share of mind and overall sales out in accounts and at events.
2+ years marketing and insights management in a commercial environment.
Experience in On Premise environment preferred.
People leadership/management preferred.
Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
Strategic and innovative. Commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
High planning, prioritization, and organizational ability.
Strong analytical skills (analyze consumer, sales, and customer data).

Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.
